SMS Opt-In Consent

ImpactHub collects SMS consent through an affirmative, unchecked opt-in on its intake, enrollment, and contractor registration forms. The consent language and disclosures used across the platform are reproduced below.

1. Primary Consent (Homeowner & Program Participant Forms)

Shown immediately below the mobile phone number field, before the form submission button. The checkbox is never pre-checked.

2. Contractor Marketplace Enrollment Variant

Used on contractor registration and marketplace onboarding forms.

3. Opt-In Confirmation Message

First message sent immediately after opt-in:

4. STOP / Opt-Out Confirmation Message

Sent upon receipt of STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT:

ImpactHub: You have been unsubscribed from ImpactHub text messages. No further messages will be sent. This does not affect your program enrollment. To re-enroll in SMS alerts, reply START or visit ace.theimpacthub.ai.

Sent when a user replies HELP:
